Constructed in 1914, native local woods are featured throughout the house. Built in cabinets, sideboards, sleeping porches, wood beamed ceilings, wide porches, and portico are classic examples of this type of architecture. The spacious three story home is ideal for special occasions such as dinner parties, receptions, family reunions, and corporate functions. Larger weddings most often take place in the gardens with receptions indoors or outdoors or both. OUTDOOR FACILITIES Rose arbors, trellises, and the canopy of live oak trees from the perfect backdrop for all types of special occasions including weddings and receptions. There is ample lighted parking which can also accommodate tour buses. Rental includes the use of house, gardens, setup, breakdown, general cleaning, tables, chairs, and linens for up to 50 people, hostess, and parking assistance.
